The COVID 19 pandemic has shook the world in more ways than one. Millions contracted the novel coronavirus, while some won the battle and recovered fine, some succumbed to the infection. The infection rate of the virus has been so tremendous that countries have had to reinforce lockdowns the second time over. Terms like ‘social distancing’, ‘spo2 levels’, ‘double-masking’ have become part of common parlance, and while we don’t know how long it will take for us to turn the tide over this problem- we can safely say that most of us are exhausted. Both mentally and physically. Since most of us are working from home, we are not getting enough vitamin D and that is leading to fatigue.
