* Giloy Juice

This is another herb that increases the immunity of a person and also has anti-inflammatory properties. It also reduces sore throats and can stop frequent coughing very easily. The leaves of Giloy have the shape of a heart. To make this juice you have to mix giloy leaves, amla and some tulsi in a blender. Add some water to give it a juice-like consistency. The right way to consume it is to take two spoons of this juice along with a glass of warm water every day on an empty stomach.

* Honey Ginger Juice

* Laung Kadha
This is a very strong Kadha that uses a handful of ingredients and can instantly cure your fever and cold. To make this Kara, all you have to do is heat a saucepan and add some laung (clove), black pepper, Tulsi leaves and ginger. Dry roast all these ingredients on a slow flame for 30 seconds to 1 minute. After one minute you will begin to smell the mixed fragrance of all these ingredients. Now add 2 cups of water to the mixture and cook it on a medium flame for at least 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir all the ingredients occasionally to make sure that they are evenly distributed in the water. Strain the mixture using a strainer and add honey to the mixture. You can drink this Kadha immediately. After drinking it for a couple of days, you will see a significant improvement in your health.
