* Giloy Juice

Giloy is also known as Amrita in India. It is another famous herb that is used in the treatment of colds and coughs. It can also be very beneficial in treating allergies related to the smoke, smog or pollen grains that are very common during winter. This is another herb that increases the immunity of a person and also has anti-inflammatory properties. It also reduces sore throats and can stop frequent coughing very easily. The leaves of Giloy have the shape of a heart. To make this juice you have to mix giloy leaves, amla and some tulsi in a blender. Add some water to give it a juice-like consistency. The right way to consume it is to take two spoons of this juice along with a glass of warm water every day on an empty stomach.

* Honey Ginger Juice

Honey is a very popular ingredient that is famous for its antibacterial qualities. It can help in reducing your cold and completely solve the problem of thick mucus cough. Also, if you're feeling heavy congestion in your chest, then drinking honey, and ginger juice can be beneficial for your health. You will feel instant improvement if you drink this juice regularly for 3 to 4 days. To drink this juice, take 1 teaspoon of honey and add some black pepper along with 1 teaspoon of ginger juice. * Tulsi Tea

* Laung Kadha

This is a very strong Kadha that uses a handful of ingredients and can instantly cure your fever and cold. To make this Kara, all you have to do is heat a saucepan and add some laung (clove), black pepper, Tulsi leaves and ginger. Dry roast all these ingredients on a slow flame for 30 seconds to 1 minute. After one minute you will begin to smell the mixed fragrance of all these ingredients. Now add 2 cups of water to the mixture and cook it on a medium flame for at least 5 to 7 minutes. 

Stir all the ingredients occasionally to make sure that they are evenly distributed in the water. Strain the mixture using a strainer and add honey to the mixture. You can drink this Kadha immediately. After drinking it for a couple of days, you will see a significant improvement in your health.
