You can try making turmeric chai at home if you don't like drinking haldi milk. The recipe for the same is quite simple. While making this tea, add half a spoon of haldi to your chai. If you don't like the taste of raw healthy, then you can roast it a bit without any oil or butter in a pan beforehand and then add it to your chai. Make sure you strain everything before drinking it.

* Masala Chai

If you like drinking tea, then there is no chance that you won't like having a cup of masala chai. Masala chai is already a very popular recipe in India and many people are obsessed with this recipe. To make this delicious chai, you have to add a synthesis of spices, including cardamom, black pepper, Tulsi leaves and some ginger. Mix all of these things in milk, water, tea and sugar. Take care of the quantities to make sure that everything abides by your flavour palette. Now once the tea comes to a boil, lower the heat and let it cook for some time before serving it. This is the most delicious and layered tea that you will get to drink.

* Adrak Wali Chai

Adrak Wali Chai is extremely relieving during the winter season. This is the perfect recipe to try when the temperature is very low. A hot cup of tea that has subtle flavours of ginger is going to work very well for your body and also give the necessary warmth. Making this tea is also very easy. Just put some ginger in your tea and let the tea cook for some time. After the tea comes to a boil, put the heat off and strain everything before drinking the tea. It is soothing, refreshing, warm, and everything else that you would want your team to be at freezing point.

* Hyderabadi Dum Chai

This is a very popular tea recipe from Hyderabad. The Hyderabadi Dum Chai has a very creamy texture and a very rich flavour that is going to surely please your taste buds. To make this tea, you will have to take two cups of water, some tea, condensed milk, half a cup of milk and spices like cloves, Tulsi leaves and ginger. Mix everything and let the chai mixture come to a boil. Let it cook on medium flame even after it has come to a boil. After it becomes thick, put the heat on and serve it hot. This is a Chai recipe that is very hard to resist.

* Kashmiri Noon Cha

This chai is from the beautiful valleys of Kashmir. It is a very famous beverage in Kashmir and a must-try if you ever happen to visit Kashmir. But right now if you want to drink this tea, then you don't have to go to Kashmir. This tea can be made very easily at home by using some special ingredients like Pista, rose petals, some whole spices, chopped almonds and baking soda. For spices, you can take some Cinnamon, Cardamon and one-star anise. Take a pan and add 2 cups of water, along with your whole spices, some salt and baking soda. Let the mixture boil and reduce it to half. Now add 2 cups of water again and let this mixture cook for another 10 minutes. Keep mixing everything during this process. You will see that the mixture has come to half again. Now add another 2 cups of water and repeat the same process of bringing it to half. Finally, add milk, pistachios and almonds and let it boil for another five minutes. Your Kashmiri Noon Cha is ready. Before serving, just decorate it with some dried rose petal.
