As we soak the last rays of sunshine of summer, it might be the season last time to enjoy some ice-cold cocktails.

So for your next cocktail party try these three bizarre cocktails. The only thing you need to be is a bizarre drinker cause these are three wild cocktails. These recipes are easy but not necessarily quick. We recommend adding some flavours of your own but in the case that you want to try the original flavours stick to these recipes.

Dark Brown And Soda

The first item on the list is the dark brown and soda which is the weird combination of coffee and coke (or any soda of your choice). You’ll need one shot of rye whisky, 1 shot of espresso, 2 dashes of chocolate bitter and coke. To a tall glass, add the whisky, bitters, espresso and some ice. Stir till the glass becomes cold and top with soda to your level of dilution.

Go Coconuts

This coconut, coffee and gin concoction is pure lunacy but trust when we say that it is like being on a beach and a snow forest at the same time. Gather the following: coconut water, gin, coffee and bitters. To a cocktail shaker, add one and one half of gin, 3 shots of coconut water, one shot of cold brew and dashes of bitters. Shake, strain and serve in a coupe glass. Garnish optionally with a dusting of espresso powder.

All Red

This drink is the lovechild between a Moscow mule, a cosmo and strangely enough coriander. Did we gross you out? Don’t worry, this drink is strange to work. To a cocktail shaker, add 2 shots of vodka, 1 shot of carrot juice, a squeeze of lemon, a spoon of honey, half a handful of coriander and shake. Strain in a glass and top with ginger beer and optionally garnish with more coriander.
