Hops n Grains, The Microbrewery
Spread in three floors and designed by Tricity’s best-known designer Nikhil and Suvrita, the newer Hops n Grains has interiors that are contemporary yet have a classy feel and look to them. Each floor has its distinct identity like the first floor has aesthetically designed arches and chandeliers which take you back to the era gone by. The other floor has especially wooden paneling, made of reclaimed railway sleeper wood.
To retain a sense of freshness, the brewery plans to introduce new beers every few months, but the marquee drinks like Dunkel Dark, Premium Lager would continue to be served. Along with a variety of other premium, hard liquor would also be available in the menu. Signature snacks and main course dishes like Penne Al Fungi, Grilled Chicken Breast, and Mushroom Hara Pyaz are the star attraction.
The Brew Estate
This microbrewery located at multiple locations in Chandigarh and Panchkula, happens to to be a hot nightlife spot among the young crowd. The rooftop of this place is the USP of this place. The place sees 4-6 craft beers other than other options. The menu boasts of amazing Fries and Nachos along with Grilled Peachilious Vegetables along with some great live music, live sports screening and regular events like The Beer Fest and more.
Boathouse
This German brewery offers some great beers along with beer wings and boat plank platter. The Bar sprawls across multiple floors. The interiors are striking, upscale and modern. The nautical themed bar is the reason why beers and cocktails have names like anchor point, Popeye the sailor, and more. The place also offers exciting deals on beers. Their deewani handi, Bavarian roast lamb, Boat House Haleem fondue are perfect pair with variety of beers that’s on them menu.
The Great Bear Kitchen & Microbrewery
This European concept of a microbrewery, is a new brewpub in Chandigarh’s upscale Sector 26 market. This one is known for it’s small produces amounts of fresh brewed beer like malts, water, hops and yeast. The fresh ones are glycerin free. There’s golden ale, weiss (wheat), German bock are their USP and each has a distinct taste of its own. The freshly brewed golden ale is hot favorite amongst youngsters.
