• 1 cup Beetroot – \4 grated
• 1 cup Carrot, Beans, Cabbage, onion – \2 altogether, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon tomato – deseeded and finely chopped
• 5 Fresh mint Leaves
• 1 teaspoon Green Chilly finely chopped
• 1 sprig Genoa spice blend – tsp
