Tuna Wonton Miso Soup Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together the tuna, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
• STEP 2.Place a small spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper.
• STEP 3.Fold the wonton wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal.
• STEP 4.Bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the wontons for 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
• STEP 5.In a separate pot, heat the chicken broth and miso paste until the miso is dissolved.
• STEP 6.Add the cooked wontons to the miso broth, and simmer for a few minutes.
• STEP 7.Serve the soup hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Cooking Tips

• Make sure to seal the wontons tightly to prevent them from opening during cooking.
• You can make the wontons ahead of time and freeze them for later use.
