Strawberry Oatmeal Curd Smoothie Recipe

Recipe By Tarla Dalal

A good smoothie made with the right ingredients is nothing short of nectar Instead of loading the smoothie with ice-cream and other fat-laden ingredients, go for one made of oats and curds, perked up with fruits. Fibre-rich oats adds volume to the smoothie and gives it a lusciously thick mouth-feel, while curd gives it a creamy, tangy taste. Curd is a probiotic food and aids in digestion too. Tangy and sweet strawberries, which give the smoothie a vibrant colour and flavour, are loaded with beneficial antioxidants, vitamin c, folic acid and potassium. The strawberry oatmeal curd smoothie is best had chilled.
