Strawberry Delight Torte Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
• STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
• STEP 3.Fold in the flour and baking powder until well combined.
• STEP 4.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
• STEP 5.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
• STEP 6.In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
• STEP 7.Fold in the strawberry puree and powdered sugar until well combined.
