• 0.25 cup Diced Yellow Onion
• 4 Roma tomatoes skinned and diced
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 5 cup Beef Stock
• 4 ounce Tomato paste
• Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes adjust to your own taste
• 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper adjust to your own taste
• 16 ounce Gnocchi homemade or ready to use
• Fresh grated parmesan cheese for topping optional
