A healthy curry recipe with a good source of proteins for vegetarian lovers. Soyabean Wedge Curries can be easily served with roti, chapati, paratha and even with hot steamed rice.
STEP 1.Firstly , Clean with fresh water all the soyabean granules and put all of them in a bowl of cold water for 30mins.
STEP 2.Now, take a pan and make some hot water, then put all of soyabean granules those are pre soaked in cold water earlier and boil it only for 5mins & put it in a bowl.
STEP 3.Then take a frying pan, put some mustard oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, bay leaves and fry it .
STEP 4.Now add some chopped onion, garlic, Tomato puree, and salt and sugar according to taste.
STEP 5.Therafter add some boil water and boiled soyabean granules and prepare the gravyy for 5min... When its comes to end add some garam masala and ghee and its ready to serve with Rice / Roti whatever you liked!
