• 4 Cloves garlic peeled and minced
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 600 milliliter Beef stock
• 300 gram Chestnut mushrooms thickly sliced
• 1 tablespoon Cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp cold water to make a slurry
• 120 milliliter Double cream
• 240 milliliter Sour cream
• bunch Small bunch fresh parsley roughly chopped
