Ingredients For Shikampur Recipe

• 250 gram Kheema/Minced Lamb Meat
• 1 onion – sliced
• 1.5 bunch Fresh coriander – small finely chopped
• mint leaves – few
• 2 Green chilies
• 3 Cloves
• 1 inch cinnamon – stick
• As required Salt
• 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
• teaspoon turmeric – ĵ
• 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
• 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala powder
• 0.25 cup Chana dal – th
• 0.75 cup water – th
• 2 tablespoon Corn flour – adjust acoordingly
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• For the Stuffing
• 1 onion – medium finely chopped
• 1 Green chili – finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander – finely chopped
• 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon curd
• For the mint chutney
• Mint leaves
• 1 green chilli
• 1 cup curd
• salt as needed
