STEP 1.1. In an iron cast Cookware, add cooking oil, preferably, peanut oil, 1 tbsp. 2.With 1 tsp of mustard seeds. Allow the mustard seeds to pop out from the hot Oil, add green chillies, add onions to fry till light pink, add peanuts
3. fry well in hot oil, add soaked thick white poha to the iron cast kadai with cooked pressure cooked potatoes, 4. Sprinkle 4 tbsp of water for steaming with a lid of the kadai. 5. After the poha with potatoes is fully absorbed in the heat of hot kadai with water fully evaporated
6. stir well carefully. Sprinkle coriander leaves with a juice of lime 🍋
