The pink lady is a lovely gin sour that riffs on the clover club, adding applejack (or your favorite style of apple brandy) to the mix. Its well-balanced and not too sweet, assuming youre using a real pomegranate grenadine and not just red syrup. We havent found a reliable source on the pink ladys origins, but it appears to go back at least to the american prohibition era.
