1 kilogram Spinach
2 Boiled potatoes – , mashed finely
200 gram paneer – crumbled
2 tablespoon Gram Flour/Besan
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Jeera
3 garlic – cloves, finely crushed
As required salt and black pepper
2 tablespoon cornflour to coat the koftas
oil for frying the koftas

2 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Jeera
3 Cloves
3 Whole Black pepper
1 Bay Leaf
1 stick cinnamon – small
1 piece ginger – small chopped coarsely
5 garlic – cloves, chopped coarsely
3 onions – medium, chopped coarsely
5 tomatoes – medium, chopped coarsely
5 piece Cashews
5 piece almonds
1 tablespoon Butter
As required Salt
0.5 teaspoon Red Chilli powder/Degi Mirch
0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Shahi Paneer masala
1 tablespoon Honey/Sugar
1 tablespoon Kasoori methi
4 tablespoon cream
Milk/Water to adjust the consistency
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala Powder
