Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Fill a glass with crushed ice.
• STEP 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake well to mix.
• STEP 3.Pour the mixture over the crushed ice in the glass and stir gently to combine.
• STEP 4.Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.

Storage and Serving

• The Palmer Park Swizzle is best served fresh and immediately after preparation.
• For a stronger flavor, muddle a few mint leaves in the glass before adding the crushed ice.
• Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup according to your taste.
