• 3 tablespoon Rice vinegar
• 2 Garlic cloves minced
• 0.5 teaspoon Grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon Corn starch or use arrowroot powder or tapioca starch for a paleo version
• 2 tablespoon Water plus more as needed to thin out sauce
• flakes Salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste; optional
