• 2 cup Shredded cooked chicken, pork, or beef
• 1 cup Quick mole sauce
• 2 cup Shredded chihuahua cheese, queso de oaxaca, asadero cheese, or shredded mexican style four cheese blend
• Toppers:purchased guacamole; queso cheese dip; chopped tomato; sliced ripe olives; thinly sliced red onion wedges; crumbled cotija cheese; mexican crema or sour cream; fresh cilantro; sliced fresh jalapeno chile peppers; and/or additional quick mole sauce
• 2 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
• 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
• 1 Medium onion, chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 3 teaspoon 2 chili powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 1 cup Barbecue sauce
• 0.5 ounce Bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• Hot pepper sauce
• Vegetable oil for deep fat frying
