• 0.5 bunch Fresh coriander finely chopped
• 4 Green chillies finely chopped
• 60 gram chicken fat
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon Thick cream/ cream cheese/ processed cheese and 0.5
• 1 teaspoon kewra water/ screw pine natural edible essence
• 40 gram For the Gilaf/Outer covering: onion finely chopped
• 40 gram tomatoes deseeded chopped
• 40 gram capsicum finely chopped
• 1 piece For basting the chicken Pure ghee and 1/2 tsp
• 1 For Sprinkling: lemon Juice
• 0.25 teaspoon Chaat masala
• For accompaniments: onion laccha salad
