• For the Dough
• 3 cup All Purpose Flour
• 2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
• 1 tablespoon yeast If any other kind of yeast apart from Instant [like using active dry yeast], then soak in 1/4 cup of lukewarm milk with 1 tbsp powdered sugar
• 0.5 tablespoon Garam Masala
• 2 teaspoon turmeric Powder
• 0.5 cup butter/refined oil
• 1 tablespoon coriander Leaves – finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon mint Leaves – finely chopped
• 0.5 cup processed cheese – grated
