• 1 Tomato, finely chopped
• 4 Green chilies, vertically slit into 1/2
• 50 gram Yogurt
• 100 milliliter Water
• 50 gram Green bell pepper, medium diced
• 2 gram Turmeric powder
• 3 gram Garam Masala
• 30 milliliter Fresh cream
• For the kadhai murgh spice mix
• 5 gram Coriander seeds
• 3 gram Cumin seeds
• 3 gram Fennel seeds
• 3 gram Black peppercorns
