• 2 cup Fat free 1/2 and half
• 1 cup Lowfat milk
• 1 cup Low sodium chicken broth
• 1 Package gnocchi
• 1 cup Cooked, shredded or diced chicken breasts
• 1 cup Fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
