1.5 tablespoon Chopped shallot
2 tablespoon Butter
1 can Diced tomatoes, drained
2 teaspoon Tablespoons minced fresh oregano or 2 dried oregano
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 pound Uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup Oil packed sun dried tomatoes, chopped
2.5 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
1.5 cup Pitted greek olives
