Lamingtons are traditional australian dessert, prepared from small squares of white sponge cake that is dipped in a sweet chocolate frosting and then rolled in dried coconut. It very easy to prepare and tastes heavenly. In this recipe, i have used chocolate cake and dipped in dark chocolate and milk mixture. Rolled in dried grated coconut.
