Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a pan, heat ghee and add cashews and raisins. Fry until golden brown and set aside.
• STEP 2.In the same pan, add water and bring it to a boil. Add strawberry custard powder and mix well to avoid lumps.
• STEP 3.Add sugar and mix until it dissolves completely. Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
• STEP 4.Add the fried cashews and raisins, along with cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
• STEP 5.Transfer the halwa to a greased plate and spread it evenly. Allow it to cool and set for about 1-2 hours.
• STEP 6.Once set, cut the halwa into desired shapes and serve. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.

• Make sure to continuously stir the custard powder mixture to avoid lumps.
• Adjust the sugar quantity according to your taste preference.
• You can add a few drops of pink food coloring to enhance the strawberry flavor and give the halwa a vibrant color.
