• 8 ounce Mushroom
• 1 Zucchini sliced thin
• 1 Yellow squash sliced thin
• 1 Tomato seeded and diced
• 16 ounce Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
• 1 cup Mozzarella divided in 1/2 {half goes on top of the lasagna
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese divided in 1/2 {half goes on top of the lasagna
• 1 Egg beaten
• 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
• Salt and pepper
• 15 ounce Alfredo sauce
• 1 cup Chicken
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried sage
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 2 teaspoon Onion powder
• 2 cup Cooked chicken diced
