• 0.25 cup Franks red hot sauce
• 2 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey
• 1 tablespoon Cumin
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 2 pound Chicken breasts skinless and boneless
• 0.5 cup Blue cheese crumbled
• Avocado oil for frying
• Cilantro green onion, lime and tortilla chips, for garnish
