Colombian Sabajón Recipe

The novenas in colombia are the perfect opportunity to gather family, friends and neighbors around the nativity scene. We take this these nine days filled with carols and lights to celebrate the spirit of christmas. The buuelos and natilla are traditional dishes that we enjoy during these festivities, however sabajn usually steals the show. Adults and children alike can enjoy this delicious drink, though for the latter we omit liquor from the ingredients. Cheers
