• 1.5 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar Or Lemon Juice
• 2 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey
• 23 tablespoon Clarified butter or coconut oil; divided. vegan butter also works
• 1 tablespoon Cinnamon plus extra for topping
• Optional chia seed to sprinkle of top before baking
