Chicken Taco Melts Recipe

One of our favorite foods has got to be pizza. I always keep a can or two of pillsbury refrigerated thin pizza crust in case of mid-week dinner emergencies, when i am running out of time or whenever we feel like a tasty pizza for dinner. This time, i put my thinking cap on, used some leftover shredded chicken and tomatoes and created these amazing chicken taco melts.
