• 1.5 pound Uncookedboneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
• 5 Cloves garlic, peeled and minced
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
• 1 Juice of large fresh lemon
• Serving: pita bread, fresh baby arugula , thinly sliced red onions, sliced cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh parsley,tzatziki sauce
