Ingredients For Chicken Pepperoni Recipe

• 0.75 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 Small red bell pepper seeded and sliced
• 8 ounce Mushrooms sliced
• 4 ounce Artichoke hearts sliced plus a little juice from the can
• 2 ounce Pepperoni sliced if you use sandwich pepperoni cut in 1/2
• 1 Clove garlic diced
• 8 ounce Chicken stock
• 2 ounce Marinara sauce or crushed tomatoes
• Splash of white wine optional
• 0.25 cup Grated romano cheese
• 1 teaspoon Chopped italian parsley
• Seasoned flour to dredge the chicken
• 1 tablespoon Butter
• Olive oil as needed
• 0.5 pound Linguine or spaghetti
• 0.5 teaspoon Granulated garlic
• 0.5 teaspoon Granulated onion
• 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
