• 1 pound Skinless, boneless, chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
• 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
• 3 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2 Bell peppers cut into long strips
• 1 Large onion cut in 1/2 and sliced
• 0.75 cup White wine
• 1 cup Chicken
• 1 Garlic clove minced
• 0.75 cup Half and half or heavy cream
• 0.75 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
• Fresh parsley to garnish
