• 1 Large beef bouillon cube
• 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
• Salt and pepper
• 1 can Fire roasted crushed tomatoes
• 1 can Mild Enchilada Sauce
• 2 cup Extra sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
• 2 cup Monterrey jack cheese, freshly grated
