• 0.25 cup Salted sunflower kernels
• 0.25 cup Dried cranberries
• 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
• 0.75 cup Mayonnaise or plain greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon Honey
