Ingredients For Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe

• 2 pound Broccoli pieces, i use frozen
• 2 Medium carrots, shredded finely
• 1 Medium onion, small diced
• 6 cup Chicken broth or stock
• Water
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt, 1/8 tsp pepper
• 0.25 cup Butter
• 0.5 cup Flour +1 cup cold water to make a slurry
• 2 cup Milk
• 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
• pinch Pinch of dry ground mustard
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
