• 2 tablespoon Tomato puree
• 400 gram Can chopped tomatoes
• 200 milliliter Beef Stock
• 1 Bay leaf
• 2 tablespoon Chopped flat leaf parsley
• Freshly ground black pepper
• To serve
• Cooked Long Grain Rice
