• 1 Medium sweet onion diced

• 14.5 ounce 1 can petite diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
• 8 ounce 3 can tomato sauce with basil, garlic and oregano
• 6 ounce 1 can tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon Dry italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Garlic or plain table salt more or less to taste
• 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes more or less to taste
• 30 Pepperoni slices quartered
• 8 ounce 1 onion and chive cream cheese softened
• 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2
• 0.25 cup Grated parmesan cheese
• 3 cup Shredded mozzarella or italian cheese blend divided
• 1 tablespoon Chopped italian parsley for garnishing
