• 100 gram rice vermicelli
• purple cabbage , red and yellow capsicum, japanese cucumber thinly slices as shown in the picture
• roasted peanuts, chopped spring onions, lemon wedges and fresh mint leaves for garnishing/topping
• For making Dressing Mix all the below listed ingredients and keep aside for flavours to be infused
• 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Sri racha sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar/Honey
• 1 tablespoon roasted Sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon juice of lemon/ rice vinegar 1
• 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil /any oil of your choice
• 1 finely chopped garlic
