How to Make Apple Pie Cheesecake

STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.

STEP 1.Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, and flour. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix! Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.

STEP 2.In a pan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add apple slices and cook until soft and caramelized. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Let the topping cool slightly before spooning over the cheesecake.

STEP 3.Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with the apple pie filling before serving. Garnish with whipped cream or caramel drizzle for extra indulgence.
