Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a bowl, combine the amaretto, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Mix well.
• STEP 2.Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
• STEP 3.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
