The delicious tropical fantasy of this vegan mango ice cream without churning has come true! The recipe only calls for three ingredients, which is a bonus!
2 cups coconut milk 2 cup coconut cream 4 cups frozen mango chunks 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 fresh mangoes
Take a food processor and add in the frozen mango. Blend it for about a minute, until it’s completely smooth. Vanilla extract and coconut cream should also be added,blend everything until it is fully smooth and combined.
The ice cream foundation should be poured or spooned into a freezer-safe container, put in the freezer, and left there for an hour to freeze.
Now To avoid ice crystals from forming, whisk the entire thing for about 10 to 20 minutes, until completely frozen.
When it’s ready freezer for 5–10 minutes then scoop out in a cup or if you like it smooth don’t freeze. Garnish with fresh mango and syrups and Enjoy this delicious ice cream chilled.
