Gram flour aka besan is a popular ingredient in Indian households and you can make anything, from a chilla to a paratha with it. 

Besan Paratha 

The Indian flatbread is a common suspect on the breakfast table. Mix the regular flour with besan and add chopped onions and green chillies to the dough. 

Besan Dhokla 

The Gujarati snack cum breakfast dish is a soft, spongy cake that can be easily made with besan. The square bites are paired with green chillies for added flavour.
