6 Tips To Store Coriander In Refrigerator

With often Coriander or Cilantro leaves getting rotten within a few days of storing them in the fridge, here are a few tips to keep their freshness intact and store them for longer periods.

Always clean the whole bunch of coriander leaves and wash them thrice. Then sundry till all the water dries up and store in a Tupperware lined with tissue.

You can also use zip bags to store the cilantro leaves. Just make sure there is no water in the bag, and the leaves do not have water droplets after washing.

Remove the stems and roots from the leaves and wrap them in a kitchen roll to increase storage days by up to 8 days!

Always clean the coriander bunch. Put the cleaned leaves on a newspaper after washing them and let them dry. Then store away in an airtight container.

Store coriander leaves in a muslin cloth, making sure there is no direct contact with air to keep their freshness intact.

You can wash the coriander leaves in turmeric water and dry them up before storing them in an airtight container.
