Chocolate Yogurt Thickshake Recipe

The rice is made with all healthy ingredients. Soak oats in milk for a while. In a blender add soaked oats, medjol dates, yogurt, chocolate syrup and some vanilla ice cream of you wish to. Blend it all together. In a serving glass pour some chocolate sauce and add prepared shake. Top with some chocolate sprinkle and chocolate decorations.
