STEP 1.Heat a kadai with oil, add onion and tomatoes.
STEP 2.2. Add salt, turmeric powder, vangi bhat masala and fry till the tomatoes breakdown , turn soft and extra moisture is absorbed.
STEP 3.3. Add the mashed potatoes, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 4.4. Add cilantro and switch off.
STEP 5.5. Transfer the potato mixture to a wide vessel and add the pomegranate seeds, onions, cilantro leaves , meetha chutney, groundnuts , grapes and mix well.
