Zero sugar chocolate melts slowly on the tongue, letting deep cocoa notes shine without sweetness overload, made for late-night cravings, mindful bites, and moments when you want indulgence without regret.

Ingredients

½ cup cocoa butter ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch salt

Step 1

Melt cocoa butter gently using a double boiler on low heat.

Step 2

Sift cocoa powder into the melted butter, stirring till glossy.

Step 3

Add powdered sweetener, salt, and vanilla; mix smoothly.

Step 4

Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed before pouring.

Step 5

Pour into moulds and refrigerate until firm and snappy.
