Cookies, biscuits, or rusks are a quintessential part of tea-time. However, if you’re looking for maida-free munchies, follow this millet cookie recipe, pair it with your cup of tea or coffee, and enjoy guilt-free.
1 cup millet flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup oil Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Whisk millet flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
Stir in oil and maple syrup until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Take small portions of the dough and line them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes till golden brown. Let them cool, then serve the millet cookies.
