This vegan chocolate mousse is rich, creamy, and completely dairy-free. Made with dark chocolate and coconut cream, it’s the perfect indulgence to celebrate World Vegan Day 2025 without compromising on flavour.
200 g dark chocolate (vegan-friendly) 1 cup coconut cream 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of sea salt
Melt dark chocolate gently over a double boiler or in short microwave bursts.
In a bowl, whisk coconut cream until light, then add maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Fold in the melted chocolate until smooth and fluffy.
Spoon into glasses, chill for 2–3 hours, and serve topped with berries or shaved chocolate.
